About Marta Nazario
Marta has worked in the real estate industry since 2005. As an experienced Realtor, Marta is passionate about negotiating on behalf of her clients to ensure their desired outcome. Marta was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She joined the military after graduating from college and was a Maryland resident until she got married and moved to Northern Virginia. Marta and her family have lived in the Washington DC Metropolitan area for over 30 years. Her daughter attended the local schools in Fairfax County and now attends the University of Michigan. Marta stays active in the local schools and is a Virginia High School Gymnastics Judge. Her ties to the community make her intimately familiar with all aspects of NOVA living, from the school systems to traffic patterns (commuting times), and everything in between. In her spare time, Marta enjoys the outdoors, good food, and watching sports, especially gymnastics. Marta is Broker Price Opinion (BPO), Military Relocation Program (MRP) and Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR) certified.
